Decking board ECODECKING Tehno

Tehno is a HDPE-based decking board for use in buildings with medium traffic. The board has a beautiful texture of wood and medium-width corduroy on the main surface and brushed fine corduroy with rectangular grooves on the back.

• It contains low pressure polyethylene, which gives the board bright and saturated colors.
• The thickness of the board is 25 mm and the thickness of the walls is 6 mm, which allows the board to withstand large pedestrian loads
• Chips from studs are excluded, since the shelf thickness is 9 millimeters

The composition of the WPC mixture in this board is HDPE (about 30%), wood flour (65%) and functional additives (5%).

Fine corduroy brushing - the upper glossy layer is selected on the surface of the corduroy with special brushes, resulting in dullness and micro-roughness.

The brushed surface has increased scratch resistance and is almost impossible to slip on.
Wood embossing brushed on the side of the wide corduroy on the smooth surface of the board with special brushes, the upper glossy layer is selected, resulting in dullness and micro-roughness. The brushed surface has increased scratch resistance and is almost impossible to slip on. Next, a wood grain texture is applied to this brushed surface.

Additional processing.
Fine corduroy gloss corduroy is not brushed. This treatment is the most resistant to wear and tear. However, for the first couple of weeks, it slips more than other treatments.
Wide corduroy brushed - on the surface of the wide corduroy the upper glossy layer is selected with special brushes, resulting in dullness and micro-roughness. The brushed surface has increased scratch resistance and is almost impossible to slip on.
Composition:

• 65% - wood flour (primary raw materials - not processed);
• 30% - HDPE;
• 5% - coloring and functional additives of high lightfastness, ensuring the durability of the product.

All physical and chemical properties of decking are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. At the same time, its service life without additional processing with proper operation is more than 25 years! Depending on the conditions of use.
